-- Unknown "This Guaranteed Do-It -Yourself System Will Have You Training Your Dog The Way Experts Do…Even If You Are A First
These dog-training techniques were handed down from
Dear Dog Lover, I’ll never forget this day. On a crisp spring morning 2006, I was visiting a friend of mine who had moved to the Yukon Territory. We were standing on his back porch, watching the ice breakup on the Yukon River. Every few moments another chunk of ice succumbed to the swift and icy current. Below us, on the shoreline, sat our two dogs, Max, and Buddy (mine). They had come from the same litter (German Shepherds). All of a sudden, I saw Max’s ears spring up. He stood up on his three legs and made himself as tall as he could. (Two years before, a car ran over him (and never stopped!) and they had to amputate his left hind leg. Just then I heard a woman calling, “Help, my baby! Help! She’s on the ice!” The woman was screaming from the other side of the river, running alongside the current. Then we saw the horror. The tiny form of a baby in a blue snowsuit, lying on a drift of ice not much bigger than a manhole cover. “Holy---!” blurted Mike. Both of us bounded down the hill to the shoreline. Max was already moving down the river, keeping pace with the tiny form. Buddy pawed me aggressively as I came near. “Down, Buddy!” I said, but he wouldn’t leave me alone. I looked up saw Max take a flying leap onto a passing chunk of ice. Mike stood by on shore. “That’s it, boy! Go get ‘em, MAX!” Buddy kept jumping on me, pawing me, even barking. “Buddy, Down!” I said a bit louder. He was oblivious to the situation. Max rode the chunk of ice until it hit another and jumped to the next one. I completely forgot he only had three legs – it didn’t seem to matter! The baby’s drift ricocheted off another chunk of ice, which sent it spinning. Every second, it was getting smaller as pieces of it spun off and melted into the deep. Max continued to leap from ice chunk to ice chunk…and then he was stuck. It was too far to jump…and his quick survey showed no other route. Then he did the unthinkable – he leaped into the water. Mike cheered him on, “Go BOY! GET THAT BABY! GOOD BOY, MAX! GET ‘EM NOW!” Max swam for what seemed like an eternity and then pulled himself up on the next chunk of ice. Buddy continued to focus on me, now whimpering at my feet. Then my heart sank, as the baby slid off his drift, into the icy river. At that moment, I was really angry. Buddy jumped up once again, and, being in a very emotional state – I hollered “BUDDY, DOWN!!” He silenced for a few moments and then whimpered out of sight with his head down. When I looked up I could see neither the blue snowsuit nor Max. I ran over to Mike, downriver. “See ‘em? Where are they?” Mike couldn’t see them either. The woman across the river was sobbing and screaming. “WHERE IS HE? WHERE IS MY BABY?” Nothing was happening. The river just kept on pushing towards Alaska. We kept our eyes peeled for any sign…but still nothing surfaced. Then we heard a faint barking coming from down river. Mike and I bounded through the slushy snow along the riverbank as fast as we could. We could still hear the frantic barking and knew that it was Max. We came over an embankment and there he was, pulling that little blue suited baby up the hill, but having quite hard time with the soft snow, which kept giving way. We jumped down and met him. The baby was alive. Max was excited and shivering. Mike took him up in his arms, kissed him, and held him, “Good boy, that’s a goooood boy!” I yelled out to the mother, “We’ve got him! He’s okay! He’s alive! HE’S GOING TO BE FINE!” AFTERMATH That was simultaneously one of the best and worst days of my life. I was overjoyed beyond measure that the baby’s life had been saved…but felt horrible for Buddy. I had never yelled at him before, though he had misbehaved plenty of times. Later that same night, Mike and I got talking about our dogs. They were from the same litter, but very different. I joked that Max must have gotten ‘all the brains’. “Your dog’s got plenty of brains – but I’m not so sure about his owner,” Mike said wryly. “You haven’t trained him.” “He’s trained,” I protested. “I told you, he’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer.” Mike shook his head. “How did you train him?” “I got an eBook off the Internet.” Mike laughed, “I guess it didn’t work so well!” “I taught him everything: he knows to come when called, sit, fetch. The only problem I have is that he chews my furniture a bit, jumps on guests and digs holes in the yard – but as much as it annoys me I don’t blame him – he’s a dog!” “Buddy’s a dog, that’s true. But that’s not his problem. He has not been properly trained.” Join The Countless Dog Owners Around The World Most dog owners never get to experience the full potential of the relationship with their pet. Unfortunately, they don’t even know what’s possible! And that certainly was my situation until I had that experience with Mike and Max. I’m not talking about some airy-fairy esoteric mumbo jumbo! This is real and it’s possible with any dog. “Best friend” doesn’t even come close to what you’ll experience. You Will Come To Know A Friend – Your Dog – All of this through training? Yes, but first let’s ask, ‘What is dog training?’ How about this? The whole idea of dog training comes from your need to help him to behave in ways that are acceptable to civilized society. Also to establish a bond of closeness and communication with him as he learns to not poop indoors, not chew your shoes, come when called, sit when you say ‘sit’, do a few tricks, not bite anybody, etc. Before my visit with Mike, I didn’t know what it meant to train a dog properly. Given that Buddy was potty trained and listened most of the time, I figured that was it. I wasn’t interested in teaching him tricks. The rest of what he did was just his personality. At least, that’s what I thought. Like barking when people came to the door…or being nervous around kids…or whimpering if he didn’t get to sleep on the bed…or begging at the dinner table. These, I thought, were “normal dog things.” But to my surprise, and it was a real surprise – I realized that all of this “bad behavior” had nothing to do with him being a dog. In fact, it had everything to do with me not acknowledging his natural heritage. When it came down to it, I didn’t even know who Buddy really was!
The Wise Teachings Of An Intelligent Old Man Mike learned everything about dogs from his grandfather, Jack. Jack always called dogs “wolves” which made people laugh, but as you’ll see – it’s pretty close to the truth. Jack fought in World War II. Guess what his job was? Training dogs for the platoons. His dogs were given medals at the end of the war – the same medals they gave to men! These dogs would detect mines, booby traps, alert troops at night, carry messages, and even capture the enemy! So Mike started training me, er – teaching me – with the same methods Jack used. The first thing Mike said was, “He’s a wolf at heart, never forget that. To understand your dog you have to know how a wolf thinks.” In just a few days, Buddy started to transform. I had no idea that, well, he was so smart! “All dogs are smart,” said Mike. “Much smarter than owners credit them for.” “Most People Only Ever See About 10% Mike had a lot to say about dogs, training dogs, dog psychology, wolves, dog food, rewards, conditioning, and subjects of similar ilk. I was only going to be visiting another three days so I wrote it all down. For the rest of the visit we talked of little else and by the end of it, I had filled up a 300-page notebook. But really, the amazing thing was how Buddy responded – he loved every minute of the training process – which was not the case when I trained him the first time around. I think he even surprised himself with what he could do. To say I was truly inspired is an understatement. Most eBooks Suck! But you knew that. They’re written by amateurs who pretend to know what they’re talking about. Problem is, there are people out there like Mike who are experts – from whom we could learn a great deal, in a very short period. There I was with 300 pages of material, which I knew any dog owner would appreciate. So I started writing it out, systematically, the way Mike had told me, the way his Grandpa Jack had told him. And all the while, I was putting it into action with Buddy. If something wasn’t progressing, I gave Mike a call for some advice. Like when Buddy kept jumping up on the couch while I was watching television. I would tell him to get down, but he wouldn’t listen. “He’s trying to show you who is boss. If he’s higher than you, then he feels confident,” Mike told me. And I Thought He Was Just Being Naughty! (By the way, with Jack’s methods you never ever have to raise your voice or scold your dog. It’s a totally useless action anyway and more often than not, will set your training backwards. As you’ll discover in the Easy Dog Training System…a simple ‘ah, ah’ is all you’re ever going need to stop most unwanted behavior.) I got so into this project that I started researching other dog books, some in the library and others currently in the bookstore. Anytime I came across something potentially useful, I tried it out on Buddy. Many of the techniques did work – but they would take far longer than Jack’s methods. I passed these experiences on to Mike. A few times, I could hear his jaw drop, not believing that such a thing was published. For example, many books and eBooks will recommend the use of a slip-on dog collar. They advise sharp tugs of the leash (which cuts off air to the dog's lungs) to deter bad behavior. Aside from this being inhumane, causing spinal misalignment and damage to the trachea – this method actually causes more bad behavior.
Your Dog May Have Been In Your Family For Years… I know you love your dog. But my guess is, you haven’t yet connected with that truly wonderful – truly mind blowing – aspect of his / her character. It’s there waiting, all you have to do is let it flourish. It’s the part of your dog that is capable of doing what Max did that day on the ice floe. It’s something that exists in every dog – it is the way they are built – a truly remarkable animal, capable of brilliance, deep compassion, bottomless tenacity, and heroism. But I’m not going to sit here and tell you, you can train your dog in one week - despite what other eBooks will tell you. Common sense negates this absurd claim! But you will see the methods taking effect immediately. The amount of repetition will depend on your breed and the frequency with which you apply the method. And if you have a puppy, the Easy Dog Training System is certainly your best foot forward. Having tried just about everything out there – new and old – Jack’s methods win hands down. You Won’t Find A More Complete And Effective Method For Here is a peak into what you will learn…
But this is just the beginning… The Easy Dog Training System Is 165 Pages Of I’m sure it will surprise you that stimulating his wolf instincts is a good thing! I’m not talking about aggression. I’m referring to what he already knows and understands because of his wolf heritage. When you provide him the opportunity to use these instincts, it will speed his training, and, ultimately, create a stronger bond with you. He will soon realize that you “get it” and this will be a very powerful and rewarding moment in your relationship. All dogs have a number of common needs and I go through them step by step. Some of them are obvious, like a dog having his own place to go to in your home or in your yard. Typically, this is a doghouse or a bed somewhere…but owners nearly always put it in the wrong location. And the reason is that owners are just doing it the way they’ve always seen it done or…they believe a dog wants what humans want. Not true! I’ll show you how to “think like a dog” – it’s the true path to happiness for you and your pet. Giving your dog everything he needs is very easy – as you’ll see. And once you do that, you’re halfway there. Not doing so, causes problems and compounds others – some of which you are probably experiencing right now. These 8 Tools Will Bring Your Dog To His Full Potential Most dog training manuals are unnecessarily complex. Why? Does this subject have to be complicated for some reason? There are only 8 necessary training techniques, or “tools”. These tools are used for training new behavior as well as discouraging bad behavior. They are infallible because due to your dog’s heritage, he intuitively and instinctively understands them before you even begin. These tools will enable you and your dog to easily hurdle every challenge including potty training, bad behavior, obedience, non-violence, as well as relationships with others. They’re so effective, you’ll find yourself looking for challenges just to see how far he can go. Here’s A Sample Of What You Get In
But that’s just a sample. The Easy Dog Training System is 165 pages of the most humane and effective training methods available.
But I’ll let you be the judge. You’ll have 60 days to look over the Easy Dog Training System. If it’s not everything I say it is and more – or if you’re not completely happy with it for any reason – I’ll give you a full, no questions asked refund. But here’s something else I’m going to send you…
The Long And Happy Life Of Your Dog – Doggie Diet
The first thing to understand is that a dog requires different kinds of food at different stages in his life. However, different breeds do not need different foods. All dogs have the same nutritional requirements. I’ve put everything you need to know about feeding your dog nutritious food throughout his life in an eBook called, Doggie Diet. This is an incredible resource that you’ll reference throughout your dog’s long and happy life. It’s a complete guide to the essential components of a healthy dog diet. You’ll also get an updated list of foods your dog should not eat…as well as foods that are lethal to a dog (like chocolate, for example). Dog owners often have questions about vitamin supplements so I’ve included the necessary “must have” information. Most often supplements are not necessary but I’ll give you the information you need to make this call. There’s also an entire section on feeding puppies as well as obese dogs that need special diets. One of the most valuable sections in the eBook sets the record straight on the many myths that surround dogs and their nutrition. In a bookstore, you’d easily pay $20 for book on dog nutrition. That’s good value considering the hundreds if not thousands you’ll save in vet bills. But when you receive Easy Dog Training System for a 60-day risk free trial…you’ll get Doggie Diet absolutely free.
We’ve all seen owners struggle with their pets at the park. The dog ignores the owner’s commands and does what he wants – often upsetting other dogs and their masters. With the Easy Dog Training System you can walk down the street, holding your head high. You’re pet listens to you, so you’re relaxed.
I guarantee it! (see below). “Proven To Work On Any Dog” Once you realize the common nature that exists in all dogs, you’ll see the methods found in the Easy Dog Training System can be used for any breed of dog. Sure, some dogs will pick up things faster, but it’s a good bet your dog’s potential is beyond what you currently experience.
Save Trips To The Groomer With… You will also receive another eBook called How To Have A Perfectly Groomed Dog. Breeds have different grooming needs but they all need grooming of one kind or another. To many owners, this is a chore that they often pay someone else to do. However, there are many little grooming jobs that may need your attention along the way and I’ve outlined a way for you to get these done with minimal fuss. In fact, if you follow this 23-page guide, your pet will actually enjoy his grooming time with you and not put up a fight. Inside you will learn…
